Welcome to DreamSpirit AI Tarot! This Agreement is entered into between you and Wuxi Zhilian Future Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your use of this application. Please read and understand this Agreement carefully before use, especially the disclaimer and dispute resolution clauses.

1. Service Content

DreamSpirit AI Tarot is an artificial intelligence-powered tarot reading application that provides:

• AI-driven tarot card reading services
• Multiple tarot spread options
• Personalized AI reader avatars
• Reading history and sharing features
• VIP membership services and virtual currency (Dream Beans) system

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this application
• The information you provide must be true, accurate, and complete
• One phone number can only register one account

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• Accounts may not be rented, lent, transferred, or sold to others
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately

2.3 Account Deletion

You can apply for account deletion through "Settings - Account Management - Delete Account". After deletion:

• Account information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• Unused Dream Beans and VIP benefits will be forfeited
• Transaction records will be retained as required by law

3. Paid Services

3.1 VIP Membership

VIP members enjoy the following benefits:

• 5 free AI tarot readings daily
• Exclusive VIP badge and customer service channel
• Priority access to new features

VIP is an auto-renewal service. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

3.2 Dream Beans System

• Dream Beans are the virtual currency of this application, used to pay for reading services
• Each AI reading costs 30 Dream Beans
• Dream Beans cannot be withdrawn or transferred
• Exchange rate: $1 = 100 Dream Beans

3.3 Refund Policy

According to Apple's policy:

• All purchases are processed through the App Store
• Refund requests must be made through Apple customer service
• Virtual goods, once purchased, are generally non-refundable

4. User Code of Conduct

When using this application, you must not:

• Post illegal, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Infringe upon the legitimate rights of others
• Engage in malicious attacks, hacking, or other destructive behavior
• Use AI-generated content for commercial purposes
• Spread superstition, cult, or other harmful information

5. Intellectual Property

• All content in this application (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, and interface design) is owned by us
• You retain rights to your reading records but may not use them for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or other unauthorized use of this application is prohibited

6. Disclaimer

Please pay special attention to the following:

• Entertainment Nature: All tarot readings provided by this application are AI-generated and are for entertainment and reference only. They cannot replace professional advice
• Decision Responsibility: You should not use reading results as the basis for major life decisions. You bear full responsibility for any consequences
• Service Interruption: We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, system maintenance, or other reasons
• Third-party Content: We are not responsible for content or services provided by third parties

7. Privacy Protection

We value your privacy. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Changes and Termination

• We reserve the right to adjust, update, or terminate some or all services based on business needs
• Users will be notified in advance of service changes
• If you violate this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate your account

9. Agreement Modifications

• We may modify this Agreement from time to time
• Modifications will be announced within the application
• Continued use indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement

10. Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
• In case of disputes, both parties should seek amicable resolution
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Wuxi

11. Other Terms

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us
• If any provision of this Agreement is invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions
• Our failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
